Hi! If you suspect that you're being impacted by environmental toxins and feel burdened by a buildup of harmful exposures—I completely understand. During my teens and early twenties, I often made choices that weren’t the best for my health, unaware of how deeply the products I used and the environments I lived in could affect me. Over time, I struggled with persistent fatigue, hormonal imbalances, poor sleep, recurring illnesses and so on. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired—and I knew something had to change.

As a registered nurse, I already had a foundation in wellness, but my understanding was basic and limited to diet and exercise. I hadn’t considered that beauty and hygiene products, household items, or exposure to mold and EMFs could be just as impactful. That realization sparked a deep dive into environmental toxins and how our surroundings influence our health. Once I cleaned up my environment and my exposures to these toxins, my health drastically improved.

I believe this is the missing piece of the puzzle to vibrant health and so this led me to pursue training in Building Biology. I am now a certified Building Biologist and Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist as well as a Feng Shui practitioner and my mission is to help others create healthier, more balanced homes—and ultimately, healthier more fulfilled lives.
